Extremely noisy courtyard resulting in sleepless nights!!! Lack of staff presence made communication difficult, forcing me to rely on other hotels for assistance!!! The luggage room not locking is a security risk that should be addressed!!!

Despite the older building, the service was quite surprising. The guy at the front desk was really helpful, it felt like he genuinely wanted to make our stay comfortable.
